By using SMSPilot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Description of Service

SMSPilot is an Android SMS application that helps service professionals manage booking requests through AI-assisted message handling. The app processes messages locally on your device.

Feedback Submission

If you submit feedback through the app, we collect your message, app version, device model, OS version, locale, and an optional email address. Screenshots are optional and used only for troubleshooting. We use this data to improve the product and respond to issues.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all messages sent from your device, including those suggested by SMSPilot
• You must review auto-generated replies before sending, especially for sensitive matters
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding SMS communication in your jurisdiction
• You must not use SMSPilot for spam, fraud, or any illegal purpose

Disclaimer

SMSPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of AI intent recognition
• Delivery of SMS messages (this depends on your carrier)
• Uninterrupted service

Limitation of Liability

SMSPilot and its creators are not liable for:

• Missed bookings or scheduling errors
• Messages sent in error
• Business losses resulting from app usage
• Data loss on your device

Termination

You may stop using SMSPilot at any time by uninstalling the app. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
